CANCELLATIONS 

Due to the virtual items in game, we do not cancel order. Please fill in your account information accurately, we will send according to the account information. If your purchase is not arrived immediately, please contact customer service. If you have unfinished order, your order may be cancelled after we receive expire notice from payment channel. 
We reserve the right to cancel orders that are suspected of fraud or abuse our Terms & Conditions. If your order is on hold due to invalid billing, we will attempt to contact you. If we do not receive a response in 3 business days, your order will be canceled. 

RETURNING 
We do not provide returning service of any virtual game items due to general fact that there is no Damaged or Defective issues.
